Some things that I've found this week or topics that I'm pondering...
1. What your coffee table says about you - a fun, interesting look into a common household item!
2. Father's Day gift suggestions - I'm struggling with what to get my dad, maybe this will help some of you more than it helped me? I've thought about an Amazon Echo... but I'm worried that might be way too techie for my simple dad (and that he might accidentally order a million things from Amazon -- Alexa, do you have parental controls for parents?).
3. National Donut Day - as a dietitian, I fully support this holiday, and think everyone should celebrate. Do you know why this day is about more than just munching on delicious sweets though? Check out this article for the origin of this holiday, and why even buying donuts for someone else can help a good cause.
4. How to be Miserable - A great short video about ways we make our misery worse, and the video also inadvertently tells us how to get better.
Also, I have talked with more people recently who are lurking around my blog... COMMENT! :) I want to hear from you. Especially if I know you IRL, because I've been feeling homesick lately and miss my peeps. That means you Emma!!!! :P
