Friday Finds: Coffee Edition

Happy Friday, everyone! I decided to focus today's Friday Finds on a subject I am passionate about... coffee! I have had the privilege of going on multiple coffee roasting tours, and learning about coffee in the artisan aspect, as well as nutritional aspect. So, here are my findings on coffee this week...

1. World's strongest coffee that could give you heart palpitations - WHAAA?? I am not in a hurry to try this anytime soon, but even coffee addicts will feel a kick from this one. Excessive caffeine consumption seems fine in casual conversation (oh you drink 6 cups? I usually drink 8-10 hahahaha... :o), but it's important to be aware of the medical complications that could result.

2. Is coffee healthy or not?! - A brief history of the sensationalism of coffee in the media, and where we (kind of) stand now. It's an older article, but still a goodie.

3. A new coffee alternative, without the caffeine - I am torn with this one, because man do I need caffeine to get me going... but truth be told caffeine is simply stressing yourself awake... Decisions! They do support a good cause with some of the proceeds, that's something I can get behind.

How do you take your coffee? Ideally, I would drink mine black to get the most flavor, but I can't help myself and usually add a bit of almond milk or soy milk + honey, or I get a nutty-flavored latte... YUM!
