Sweet & Tangy Summertime Recipes
Hello everyone! I have been more sporadically posting because, to be honest, my life is pretty uneventful! I have been teaching yoga, doing yoga, hanging by the pool, and running errands I've put off for months (rearranging my living room, so thrilling). Once my DI starts July 11th, I'll return to two posts a week.
I have three more recipes coming up for you this week! They are great for staying cool in the summer and taking advantage of some ingredients in season.
Both of these recipes were delicious! The carrot ginger soup is good hot or cold, and I froze some of it for those lazy dinner nights. The flatbread not only turned out DELICIOUS but it also looked extremely legit (chef Vivianne, everyone). Something else I've been obsessed with this summer is keeping a pitcher of cold green tea in the fridge (slightly sweetened) and green tea ice cubes in the freezer so my tea doesn't get diluted while it stays cool in the heat.
In the future, watch for my review of Blue Apron, posts about my DI orientation, and my summer capsule wardrobe!
